Simple cleanse for the Nasal Drip

Remove the outer skin and seeds from one large lemon (leave pith and pulp in tact), and blend with four cubes of ice, eight ounces of water, 2 tablespoons of honey, and one-eighth to one-quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Make two cups and drink twice a day.

Without peeling any of the fruit, cut these items in pieces, and blend until smooth: one grapefruit, one orange, two lemons, three garlic cloves, half of a large onion, three drops of peppermint oil, and enough water (added a little at a time) to ensure the blender turns.

Nature’s penicillin is a powerful supplement in treating cold, flu, sore throat, infections and respiratory problems, and is also an all-around immune system strengthener. Its simple composition and cost effective ingredients make it a very practical remedy :-)
